I undergo to a pre medical exam and the result of my chest xray is this Fibrohazed densities are seen in both upper lungs.The heart is not enlarged.Hemidiaphragms,sinuses,soft tissues and visualized structures are intact.What is the meaning of this? Thanks for responding

As per your report,you have fiborosing (scaring) lesions over the apex of both your lungs. These X-ray feature generally indicates old and healed infections like tuberculosis. They are not active disease process and treatment is not necessary in most of the cases. All other features are perfectly normal and no lung diseases are detected in the given film. As of now,you don't require any treatment and it will take time to clear the fibrosed opacities.
