What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

I have not been well and had a chest X-ray which stars. Unfolding of the thoracic aorta. Both lungs slightly inflated. Slight bilateral perihilar peribronchial cuffing is demonstrated, more at right side. Increased bronchovascular markings at right upper and lower zones. They thought I may have pneumonia, and that is why I had the X-ray. Can you tell me if this does mean pneumonia?
