What does it mean? Findings: Right upper lung volume loss and inhomogeneous opacification with cicatricial changes are present. There is superior hilax traction and right ward deviation of the trachea. Left lower lung fibrosis is present. Left diaphragmatic tenting is noted. Heart is not enlarged Impression: PTB with cicatricial changes comparison with prior is recommended to determine stability.
X ray suggestive of known case of pulmonary tuberculosis with evident changes in the right lung. , where there is loss of volume of right upper lobe of lung .
