What Does This Chest X-ray Report Signify?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Your X-ray report showing granuloma, like density in X-ray. So rule out tuberculosis by sputum examination for acid-fast bacilli. If needed than genexpert study or culture can be done. If TB positive than AKT given and according to sputum report further workup planned. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Parth Goswami
