What Does This Chest X-ray Report Suggest?

hi he result of my chest x-ray pa was.. the lungs are hyperaerated with flattened hemidiapghrams. reticular opacities are seen in both upper lobes impression: 1. bilateral upper lobe infiltrates suggestive of ptb.,please correlate with clinical and laboratory parameters. 2. hyperaerated lungs. thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, finding could be suggestive of pulmonary tuberculosis if this is being correlated with clinical condition and other investigation positive for this, like sputum test, blood test, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
