Hi,

I am not aware of your symptoms and why an X-ray was ordered. The report anyhow says that your lung and cardiac shadows are normal. However, vertebral bones in upper back shows some defect (shortening), resulting in curvature of spine (kyphosis).

Clinical significance depends on reason for vertebral shortening, any obvious curvature of spine and symptoms like back pain. Your doctor will discuss with you.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
