Hello doc good day! I have a question about the x ray result There is crowding of the pulmonary vascular markings in the right paracardiac area, associated with minimal hazy and ill-defines densities, rendering the right lower cardiac border and medial aspectof the right hemidiaphragm ill defined. What it does mean please.Thank you

It means that there is some shadow and it should be further evaluated by ct scan of thorax. At this point it doesn't sound like something malignant but it should be ruled out.
