What Does This Chest X-ray Test Report Indicate?

This is the result of my mother x-ray..what does it mean crowding of the pulmonary markings due to poor inspiratory effort-no active parenchymal infiltrates-trachea is at midline-heart is not enlarged -hemidiaphragms are smooth-costophrenic angles are intact-other chest structures are remarkable..Remarks: No significant findings .Do i have to worry about her health?Thank youa

No, unless she has breathing problem and asthma symptoms. Otherwise no issues. Just some breathing exercises are sufficient.
