Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 53 yrs old and have my chest X-ray last week for my routine annual check up the result was pulmonary hyper aeration ,it also says both lungs are hyperaerated but clear ,depressed diaphragm, I don t feel anything bad abt my breathing ,how come the result was this ?i have no history of any lung desease ,I do not smoke nor my husband ,thanks for your attention
* As per my clinical experience, the issue with hyperaerated but clear areas of the lung indicates possible changes via some sort of immune-mediated mechanics to allergen or else.
* There is nothing to worry about, just maintain the best health of lungs with deep breathing exercises.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
