What Does This Chest Radiograph Indicate?

Hi Sir, The CXR (PA) view says, Cardio thoracic ratio is normal Small nodular opacity is noted at right lower zone, measuring about (0.86 cm) Both hilar are normal Both costophrenic angles are intact Bone and soft tissue are unremarkable Impression: Solitary pulmonary nodule at right lower zone DDx. (1) Round pneumonia (2) Granuloma Please suggest for other medical check up.

to rule out round pneumonia tests done are TLC DLC...ESR...CRP ...sputum exam ...mantoux ...last amd most diagnostic is CT scan chest
