What Does This Chest Ultrasound Test Result In A TB Patient Indicate?

Sir, i had been undergone 18 months treatment for TB after a surgery on my left supra clavicular region 26 years back.now adays I am suffering wheezing and burning lungs along with sinus.and also an ultra sound scan shows that few enlarged subcentimeteric size cystic lymphnode in left supra clavicular region after I felt a painless swelling on the same same side.Doctor advised me to have FNAC. Sir,is there any possibility to recurrence of TB or any other disease? I hope your answer may help me to go further treatment

TB recurrence is unlikely, as the lymph nodes in tuberculosis will be fairly large and may be clumped together. You can proceed with FNAC to confirm the diagnosis.
