What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

On chest X ray report states Lung Vascular marking & hilar vessels prominent No lung parenchymal lesion seen Flural spaces are clean Heart show prominence of left ventricle Dear Doctor , what this report suggest of one of my Dear Aunt ? is everything ok ?

I understand your concern.
see, prominent vascular lung markings are seen in case of infections or inflammation in lung. pulmonary edema can be another cause.
also, there is prominence of left ventricle. so there is little cardiac enlargement. these two features can be associated.
if these features are associated with symptoms, you should see a physician or a cardiologist.
not much to worry as of now but get a proper examination done.
