What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

mildly prominent bronchovascular markings noted in both lung fields, both hila appear norma, mediastinum is normal, cardiac size is normal, both domes of diaphram are normal, cp angles are clear,soft tissues and bony cage appear normal and PFT test is normal

Your x-ray chest is quite normal.
Having prominent bronchovascular marking shows signs of having cold and respiratory tract infection and has no importance.
