What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Hi doctor,My age is 27 I had a chest x-ray on 22/2/2015 it shows lungs fields show prominent bronchovasculer marking and Consolidation in right lower zone with nodulo cystic perenchymal infiltration in left lung field.My doctor do treatment of TB i almost take medicine from last two n half month now again I had x-ray but again its same as before,Cant you suggest me something

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The findings that you have described on X-ray chest are due to tuberculosis.
These findings resolve after treatment of tuberculosis.
The anti-tuberculosis treatment lasts for 6-9 months and the findings on X-ray chest also resolve after this period.
Thus, you need to wait for another 4-6 months for the consolidation and nodulo-cystic parenchymal infiltration to disappear.
The lesions are tuberculosis are often replaced by fibrous tissue or fibrous bands.
Thus, get a repeat X-ray after a month or so.
