What Does This Chest X-ray Test Report Indicate?

This is the result of my xray, there are fine fibrolinear densities seen at the right upper lobe. The rest of the lungs fields are clear. The trachea is in the midline. The heart is not enlarge. The pulmonary vessel are with in normal limits. Both hemidiagphragms are distinct. The osseous thoragic cage reveals no significant bony abnormality.
