Hello,

As the X-ray says - there are changes in the tissues of the lungs and needs the help of the pulmonary rehabilitation team to work out and improve the functioning of the lungs.

This can be achieved with simple medication and some respiratory exercises.

For the atherosclerosis of the thoracic aorta it happens due to aging and there might be an increase in the blood pressure but needs to check on it and provide medicine accordingly.

Rest all things appear normal in the X-ray. With a daily exercise like breathing, walking, low-intensity aerobics along with modification of the diet will help altogether to get good results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
