Hi i did review your concern. MoM means multiples of median, which means that these values are compared with normal values in pregnancy at that age. In 1st trimester a low PAPP-A, High BHcG and high nuchal transluscency indicates possibility of downs syndrome in fetus. Your values are near normal. I would recommend you to get tested with quadruple screen after 4 weeks and if that results are abnormal go for an amniocentesis genetic diagnosis Also if fetal cell free DNA technology is available at your place you can go ahead with that too for Down syndrome detection. I hope this helps. Wish you all the best. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
