What Does This Clinical Test Result Indicate?

hi i am 36 and my clinical test results at 12week and 2 days are papp-a =2.59 miu/ml 0.96mom free bhcg=56.1miu/ml 1.88mom fetal nasal bone= present nuchal measurement=1.27 0.97mom what are the normal levels of these factors ? what is the mom meanings? is there any connection between level of these factors and sex of the fetus? thanks a lot elham -iran

Hi i did review your concern.
MoM means multiples of median, which means that these values are compared with normal values in pregnancy at that age. In 1st trimester a low PAPP-A, High BHcG and high nuchal transluscency indicates possibility of downs syndrome in fetus. Your values are near normal.
I would recommend you to get tested with quadruple screen after 4 weeks and if that results are abnormal go for an amniocentesis genetic diagnosis
Also if fetal cell free DNA technology is available at your place you can go ahead with that too for Down syndrome detection.
