السلام عليكم .. هل يمكن شرحة نتيجة فحص منظار القولون الموضحة.. هل لدي مرض معين أو خطير ؟؟ Clinical details: Pain in lower abdomen since 3 months. Colonoscopy: Mid nodularity in terminal ileum, rest of the colon normal. No ulcers or deep erosions, no friability. Nature of specimen: Endoscopic biopsies from terminal ileum and colon Macroscopy: Received in formalin, in two separate, properly labelled containers: a) ileum: Multiple bits b) Colon: Multiple bits all embedded and processed in separate cassettes, A and B. Microscopy: A) Section comprise of ileal mucosa with preserved architecture . The glandular morphology is unremarkable. Lamina propria shows mild increase in cellularity with features of lymphold hyperplasia. Muscularis mucosa is normal in appearance. B) Section comprise of colonic mucosa with preserved architecture, normal glandular and stromal morphology. no dysplastic or malignant changes evident in the both biopsies Impression: Endoscopic Biopsies two sites: A) Ileum: shows features of chronic ileitis with lymphoid hyperplasia. B) Colon : shows features of Normal colonic mucosa Comment: Please correlate clinically to rule out infective etiology. Recommend follow up as indicated. هل لدي مرض معين أو خطير ؟؟
