What Does This Creatinine Level Indicate While Having Biventricular Pacemaker?
I have Dilated Cardiomyopathy which had progressed to Congestive Heart Failure, I m 37 and have had a Biventricular Pacemaker/Defibililator fitted in March. A recent review has identified that my creatinine levels have increased to 136 what does this mean?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if serum creatinine level being increased and it is the case of cardiac disease of arrhythmia so now it could be renal involvement, and may need dialysis, but before this better to get done the all imaging studies like ultrasonography, MRI, it would clear the picture more accurately, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
