Hello dear Greetings Regarding your diagnosed report I will suggest that you have developed a granuloma at the left upper lobe from pulmonary tuberculosis as well as arteriosclerosric aorta
In view of this please do the following test Chest x-ray ECG Lipid profile test
Meanwhile please schedule an appointment with cardiothoracic surgeon specialist with the results and for expert clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug prescription
