What Does This Echo Report Of A Premature Baby Specify?

Hi Doctor, A very good morning to you, i was told on yesterday s appointment at the hospital that my son which was born premature (30 weeks) now is 3 months old have hole in the heart 7mm. He was in NICU for 2 months & at that time the written report showed this:- *bedside echo done on 18/12/2015 *ASD 3.3mm with left to right shunt, no PDA, good LV function *LVDd/LVDs : 5mm/8mm *trivial MR and mild TR Kindly need your thoughtful advice. Thank you

Regarding your premature child ECHO report I am suggesting he has developed the following

Atrial septal defect
Trival mitral regurgitation
Mild tricuspid regurgitation

In view of this please see a cardiovascular surgeon specialist for expert clinical assessment Councelling and possible surgical interventional procedures
