General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, though the right bundle branch block can be a normal variant with pregnancy, any chances of pulmonary embolism should be ruled out.

Left atrial abnormalities should be specified as mitral valve patency and any possibility of mural thrombus should be ruled out so specifically mentioned what kind of abnormalities they mean?

LVH can be due to long-standing hypertension and needs tight control in future.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
