Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My electrocardiogram says poor r wave progression v1-v3. My radiography subsgmental atelectasis vs. fibrosis, left lung base. I dont smoke, i drink occasionally. I dont have previous operation. But i have lipoma on my upper right shoulder. What does it means?
The report suggest mild ischemic changes which means some part of heart muscles seem to be conducting heart slower and with less intensity as they should be which can be due to any old changes or infarction, or conduction delays. Sometimes, abnormal leads placement may also reflect such results. Though these are not of much worrisome however echocardiogram should be done to look for ejection fraction and wall motion abnormalities should also be ruled out
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
