on the Impression s results for an Endoscopy that was done on me recently the findings were as follows: 1. Multiple gallstones within the gallbladder without gallbladder wall thickening or Pericholecystic Fluid; 2. Right Adrenal Adenoma again identified; 3. Suggestion of a Hypoechoic mass within the Central Right Kidney which may represent a normal variant (column of Bertin) and correlation with cross-sectional imaging (MR) may prove useful in evaluating further.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Dr. H Kay's Response
Hi,
The endoscopy report indicates the following findings: * Multiple gallstones: This means that there are multiple stones present in the gallbladder. * Right adrenal adenoma: This refers to the presence of a benign tumor in the right adrenal gland. * Hypoechoic mass in the central right kidney: This refers to the presence of a mass in the central region of the right kidney that appears darker than the surrounding tissue on ultrasound imaging.
The report suggests that this mass may be a normal variant known as a column of Bertin. However, further evaluation with cross-sectional imaging such as an MRI may be useful in confirming this finding. It is important to follow up with your doctor to discuss these findings and any recommended next steps for further evaluation or treatment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. H. Kay, General & Family Physician
