Hi,
Recently i gone through eye checkup, some problem in cylendrical vision ditected, please help me to know if any exercise can help me to cure this, detail of dignosis are given below.
Right- sph= +-, CYL= -0.50, Axis= 70
Left- sph= +-, CYL= -0.50 , Axis= 30
Age- 35, Male.

I dont think exercise will help in this becouse there is problems in the orbit during the development itself ..here you need to go for a spectacle ... It is Minor defect and you need not worry .. Please do take nutritious diet and avoid straining too much at a stretch like watching TV or in front of computers for long time ... Read in good light .. All the best and take care
