What Does This Fasting Blood Sugar Level Indicate?

Dear Sir,my last fasting glucose 128 pp-196 hba1c is 6.6 LDL 141 HDL 49 MEAN BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVEL 133 ON 08.12.2013now as on 13.07.2014 Fasting glucose 142 PP 145 HBA1C IS 7.7 LDL87 HDL47 MEAN BLOOD GLUSCOSE LEVEL IS 170 PRESENTLY METFORM 500 MG FOR NIGHT /MORNING TAKING what is impact ,pls advice

Hello,
Your current HBA1c,fasting blood sugar levels and mean glucose levels are llittle high and need better control.
You can revise the treatment and start by increasing the dose of metformin from 500 mg twice a day to 1000 mg twice a day.It should control your sugar levels.
If your blood sugar levels don't get controlled by this,then there are various other anti diabetic medications belonging to different classes which can be started to control your levels.
You can discuss with your treating doctor regarding this.
