General & Family Physician 's  Response
Black colour stool and severe abdominal pain is pointing towards some bleeding in your stomach. Probably this is due stomach ulcer which is bleeding. You should immediately visit the surgeon and get Abdominal Ultrasonography and stomach endoscopy done. Take antibiotics like Ofloxacin twice daily and Ornidazole twice daily for 5 days under guidance of your physician.
Meanwhile take some antacids like Cap Omeprazole twice daily for 10 days. This will reduce acid secretion and help in ulcer healing.
