Hello
In PCOD cases ultrasound findings , of atretric follicles with increased ovarain stroma is a laboratory parameter beside other signs.
The size of follicle should be around 19 to 20 mm on day 14-15 at least to rupture and endometrium thickness must be around 11 mm to conceive( this is 12 mm in your case and it is perfect to conceive),
But the size of follicle is more than the normal size and it will not rupture and will not liberate ovum on 13th day ( 27 mm due to clomifene ).
Since you are having pcod , so before conception ,consult another gynaecologist ( 2nd opinion ) and get his opinion for the treatment for PCOD.
However , most of gynaecologist prescribe birth control pill and metformin for the treatment for pcod and this is a standard procedure for cyst .
Once cyst will resolve , then she may advise you treatment for pregnancy .
Hope this information will be useful for you.
In my opinion at this time no need of any HCG or folic acid treatment.
Good luck.
