Hi,

A follicular study is a type of ultrasound examination done to monitor the growth and development of follicles in the ovaries to determine the time of ovulation. The report you have provided indicates the following:
* The size of the right ovary is 3.8* 1.8 cm, and the left ovary is 3.0* 1.4 cm. The measurements here come under the normal range.
* Multiple small follicles are seen in both ovaries. This is a normal finding as multiple follicles are expected to develop during a menstrual cycle.
* The follicle size on the 14th day was 5.1 mm, on the 16th day, was 6 mm, and on the 20th day was 6.6 mm. These sizes are smaller than expected for ovulation, which typically occurs when the follicle reaches 18-20 mm in size.

Based on the report, it appears that your follicles are not growing at the expected rate. This may indicate a problem with ovulation or with the functioning of the ovaries. It is recommended that you discuss these findings with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
