General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Your left ovary size and right ovary size are not clearly mentioned.

I can expect some disparity between two.

In polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOD)there will be follicles in the ovary which are due to hormonal imbalance, will cause infertility.
They are due to insulin resistance ,do regular exercises.
Get a complete profile of ll hormone levels.
thyroid levels.
get a repeat ultrasound scan.

you are taking a multivitamin tablet which is important for ovarian growth and promote ovulation.

consult a good gynic.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
I find this answer helpful
