What Does This Follicular Study Report Indicate?

Hi, doc as per the follicular scan report on my 14th day DF from left ovary was 13*12mm & endometrial thickness was 7.4mm..as prescribed I went for the 17th day & it shows that follicular ruptured..the endometrial thickness 8.0..we had sex on day 14th..what are the chances of getting pregnant & what does my report shows?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the production of ovum and presence of sperms also there then it is good chance of pregnancy if supported with hormone level too and it is advisable that keep trying for that hope this information helps.
