What Does This Follicular Study Report Indicate?

I have done my follicular study. I am 29yr. Followings are my follicular study reports. On 28/09/16 , 12th day RO.LO is 1follicle 18*18mm , ENDO is 6mm , POD is FREE. Dr. Given lupi hcg injection on same day & next 2days intercourse also done. On 15th day, follicle collapsed , ENDO is9mm, POD is free fluid +. Kindly old tell me is there a chance to conceive.

I understand your concern.
The following conclusions can be inferred based on the follicular study report you have furnished.
The initial report before hCG injection states that there was one dominant follicle which had reached the stage of rupture.
The report after injection states that the follicle has ruptured, which should have resulted in ovulation. Also, the endometrial thickness has increased and seems to be showing proper reaction.
Hence, if you had intercourse during this period as suggested, the chances of conceiving is higher.
Kindly do the necessary follow-up as suggested.
