- release of egg from ovary
- travelling of sperm to fallopian tube and survive till meets the egg
- implantation of the egg fertilised with healthy sperm into uterine wall
- maintenance of uterine atmosphere to develop that egg into embryo
- sperm count, motility, any infection on male partner side
- vaginal infections
- chronic pelvic infections as Chlamydia and others.
I would request you to continue the therapy and regular follow up with your OBGY with best hopes of pregnancy.
