Hi,

If HSG and endometrial biopsy reports are normal, then the possibility of conceiving is higher. Along with these, your partner's semen analysis should also be normal.
If follicular study is showing that your eggs are not rupturing, then it can be treated by medications.
Usually, medications such as Clomiphene is given for maturation of eggs and injection hCG is given around 13th day for mature egg to release. When intercourse is timed during 13th day, the chances of conceiving is high as fertilisation would happen during this time. Some medications like Progesterone may be given from 18th day onwards for preparation for implantation and continuing of pregnancy if implantation occurs.
Kindly consult your doctor for appropriate dose and scheduling of the medications and do the necessary follow-up as advised.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
