What Does This Follicular Test Result For Conception Indicate?

Hi everyone.I did follicular test on cycle day 11 which said-Right Ovary- MSFLeft Ovary- 18*16mm,Enometrical thickness-10mm,Free fluid-nil,Both ovaries are normal in size n show normal echopattern,Adnexa clear,Uterus anteverted normal size .Then doc suggested me to do it on day 12.However we found that the follicle has ruptured...Endometrical thickness 12 mm,Free fluid positive.I was told that I will need to do the follicular study for 5-6 days but it ruptured on 2nd day itself. Is this OK.Can I get pregnant after this result.?Did it rupture very early and the ovary size is small to conceive.? All these questions are very frightening.Please someone answer me....

Hi,

Absence of mature follicle in ovary,free fluid in cul de sac, both suggest follicular rupture.

If you had unprotected sex in those days yes you do have chance of conception this month itself.

Other factors like good sperm quality & good size of filloicle at rupture would decide viability of pregnancy.But don't be worried about that this moment.

Hopefully wait for confirmation of pregnancy by home pregnancy test of urine after 8 days delay in periods.

See your doctor once the test is positive. USG scan of pelvisat 5weeks pregnancy , would satisfy your other doubts.
