What Does This Following Blood Report Indicate?

I am a lady aged 54. I was told i am having auto immune disease. My esr is 45( more by 5 units). urea 8.8(2.1-6), creatinine 263 (44-80) eGFR 17(=60). My medications are 1. ketosteril 4 tabs per day, vit D 1 p/d,simvastatin 20mg and losartan 50 mg. I confirmed my ckd 3 years ago and try to control my diet. My nephrologist tells me kidney function has dropped from 30% to 16 %, After 3 years, i am now feeling tired, my leg muscles are weak. How do improve my quality of life and keep the disease in check. My doctor tells me i hve to for dialysis once i reach 10 eGFFR. Please help. Thanks

thank you and very pleased to answer you
I have a diabetic patient who was at EGFR = 15 ml / min. He had the same treatments as you, and I had the opportunity to consult him for his unstable diabetes two years ago.
Indeed I had been able to stabilize his diabetes but I had asked him to do a diet without animal protein for 2 months (no fish - no eggs - no meat and no poultry for 2 months) with a salt diet not exceeding 0.5 g / day.
After 20 days of diet, its eGFR improved to 26 ml / min, and at present it is at 32 ml / min, with an animal protein intake every 3 days at the dose of 0.7 or 0.8 g / Kg / day.
for you I think you can do the same diet but it is essential to stabilize your inflammatory disease. For that, I’ll be happy if you consult an internal medicine doctor urgently.
I hope this can help you avoid dialysis.
