What Does This Following Lab Report Indicate?

Intravesical multilobulated / multicentric soft tissue lesions largest of size 4.2x 4.1cms associated diffuse bladder wall thickening. 2.prostatomegaly 3.Bilateral multiple renal cysts What are these reports, this is of my father of 90years old, how serious it is, and is it life threatening?

The following conclusions can be inferred based on the report you have enclosed.
1. He has fluid filled sacs called cysts in the kidneys.
2. There is a lesion in his urinary bladder as well along with his bladder wall thickening.
3. His prostate gland is also enlarged.
Based on the report, it cannot be diagnosed definitively, but can say that he has certain problems associated with his urinary system.
He needs to be further investigated to know what it could be, so that it can be appropriately treated.
Kindly consult Urologist for further evaluation and management.
