What Does This Following Lab Report Indicate?

A large osteochondral lesion in central and medial aspect of talar dome measuring 14.3mm mediolateral x12mm anteroposterior and 2.3mm in craniocaudal dimension. moderate bone marrow oedema. Corresponding osteochondral lesion in the posterior aspect of the tibial Plafond is observed measuring 3mm x3mm x2mm in size, surrounding bone marrow oedema. Can I recover to full fitness after above surgery? I am 35 and generally fit and healthy?
