What Does This Hematology Report Mean?

Hematology WBC 5.3 RBC 4.35 Hemoglobin 120 Hematocrit 0.36 MCV 83 MCH 27.6 MCHC 332 RDW 12.9 Platelet Count 234 Differential Neutrophils 3.3 Lymphocytes 1.5 Monocytes 0.4 Eosinophils 0.1 Basophils 0.0 Granulocytes Immature 0.0 Can someone explain what the above blood test results mean? I am constantly exhausted, I always sleep and lack energy. I have got blood test before and I have been told they are normal. My exhaustion is destroying my life, I am about to lose my job and partner. Please help me!

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
All blood tests such as wbc count, rbc count, MCV (mean corpuscular volume) MCH 27 (mean corpuscular haemoglobin), MCHC, RDW, Platelet Count, Differential Neutrophil count, Lymphocyte count, Monocyte count, Eosinophil count, Basophil count & Immature Granulocyte count mentioned in your hematology report are normal.
Your haemoglobin value of 12 g/dl (It cannot be 120g/dl ) & haemocrit value of 36% are low. This show slight anemia (low hemoglobin) in your blood. This might be reason of exhausion, lack of energy & sleepiness in you. You should increase foods high in iron such as green leafy vegetables such as spinach, whole grains etc.
