Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The histopathological findings are suggestive of inflammatory bowel disease or amoebiasis.
Both the conditions can produce similar picture on biopsy.
Clinical assessment and serology for amoebiasis will determine the exact cause of gastrointestinal symptoms.
Thus, you need to consult your gastroenterologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations for further work up.

Thanks and take care
