What Does This Holter Monitor Report Signify?

Hello...I am a 57 year old male...six two 195 pounds..non smoker... had cardiac cat and score was 3.0 which places me in a rank that is better than 75% of others my age... summary of 14 day Holter as follows: Patient had a min HR of 57 bpm, max HR of 136 bpm, and avg HR of 91 bpm. Predominant underlying rhythm was Sinus Rhythm. Isolated SVEs were rare (SVE Triplets were present. Isolated VEs were rare (VE Couplets or VE Triplets were present. mild artho in left descending artery...other arteries clear... lipitor 20 mg every other day...baby aspirin every other day...no other meds... recent stress test excellent with non sweat for 13 minutes on incline...however heart recovery rate poor.... cholesterol : 139/HDL Trig 94 HDL 45/LDL 75 ratio 3.1...all other bloodwork normal Cardiologist is on fence whether to prescribe beta blocker for fast resting heart rate and instead advises that I push myself more with 20 mins of sustained exercise to get heart rate faster = better resting heart rate.... at this point confused esp with recent study re this: http://naturalsociety.com/fast-resting-heartbeat-could-predict-early-death/ any advice ladies/gentlemen

Your reports are perfectly normal except raised pulse rate. It’s recommended for you to do physical activity for 45 min daily for a healthy heart rate.
