What Does This Hormone Analysis Report Indicate?

Hi. I ve been trying to conceive for almost 3years now without success. I think I m not ovulating And I have nipple discharge, hyperprolactin. So did a hormonal test with d following results: Progesterone 11.6 Follicle stimulating hormones 6.26 Leutinizing hormones 5.89 Prolactin 13.1 So Pls my question is do I need to take any drugs like bromocriptine to trigger an ovulation and correct d excess prolactin and if yes for how long?

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-:
1)As per your problem any body has suggested you treatment for your main problem,if not first plan to hyperprolactinemia first .
2)Along with hormonal test do a MRI scan.
3)Treatment depends upon MRI/CT report may be medicinal or if any tumor present Surgical treatment through nasal cavity.
