What Does This Lab Report Indicate?

Hello Dr. Chandan - I have just reviewed my labs and it appears that RESULT 1 indicates the following: Viridians streptococcus group 50,000-100,000 colony forming units per mL. Susceptibility not normally performed on this organism I am asymtamatic - no burning, no frequent urination, no aches, pains etc, - should I be concerned and make an immediate appointment OR could this be a technical lab error/contamination?
