What Does This Lab Report Indicate?

My radiological report shows the following: 1. Suspicious densities are seen in the right uppoer lobe superimposed on the overlying bone. 2. Heart is enlarged 3. Aorta is tortous. 4. Diaphragm, costophrenic sulci and visualized osseous structures are unremarkable. Impression: Suggest apicolordotic view for further evaluation Cardiomegaly Atheromatous aorta. Thank you.

Hello

Your X-ray findings suggests suspicious densities in the right upper lobe of lung,it may be due to infection etc.
You are rightly advised for apicolordotic view for detail study of upper lobe(apical region).This region is covered by bony ribs,clavicle etc in chest X-ray (PA view).Apicolordotic view overcome this difficulty and it is helpful in detail study of apical region.
You may need antibiotics depending upon findings.
Heart size is also enlarged(cardiomegaly).
Aorta shows atheromatous changes.
Diaphragm,CP angles and visualized bones are normal.
