What Does This Lab Report Indicate?

There is a small calculus measuring 4mm in the upper calyx on the right kidney.And on the left there is an echogenic focus in the lower calyx.In both Cortigo-medullary differentiation is maintained and Pelvicalyceal systems is not dilated.What is % to cure it,pls tell me

drink more water and take alcasol syrup it may be flashed out. or lithotripsy can be done. consult urosurgeon for examination and advise.
