Inhomogenous densities are seen in both paracardiac areas . Thetrachea is in the midline.the heart is not enlarged .the aorta is calcific.both hemidiaphragms are distinct.the osseous thoracic cage reveals no signficant ony abnormality........... is it ok to give asprin until doctor tomorrow visit

Yes, you can give aspirin. But the homogenous densities should be checked as to determine nature of these. As these require lab tests as TLC, DLC, ESR, CRP and sputum microscopy for AFB.
