What Does This Lab Report Indicate?

Hello Doctor, My father is 60 years old and he had recently been diagnosed with the following in his medical report. He had accidentally collided with a wall while he was walking and just wondering if that had been the reason why all of this happened. His sugar levels andblood pressure are under control. Lacunar infarct with left lentiform nucleus Periventricular white matter micro vascular isochaemic injury Could you please advise on the kind of medications to be used and how severe it is? The brain imaging report is suggestive of ischemic stroke though it is not clear whether the same is acute or chronic..A lacunar infarct having a neurological deficit may have any outcome starting from paralysis to paresis with no residual weakness in due course..The complete history is not available hence it needs to be consulted
For treatment let's start with
1. Salt reduced low cholesterol diet
2. Tab Ecosprin 150 mg once at night before bedtime
3. Tab Atorvastatin 40 mg at bedtime
4. Cap Pantop DSR before breakfast
5. Cap Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg once at night
For further delineation MRI brain ( ADC+DWI) is must
