What Does This Lab Result For Cholesterol Indicate?
Hi I just received lab results back and most of them are all on the moderate to high range. I have High Cholesterol 234 High Triglycerdieds 167 High LDL Cholesterol 151 and High ALt 42...can this just be fixed by eating better and more exercise? I am 5 8 and weigh 168 lbs.

In your condition the cholesterol levels are on higher side than normal levels. you did not mention your age and whether you are hypertensive and diabetic.If you are a cardiac patient i would suggest you to go for a regular check up with your family physician and start proper medication that is statins to lower the blood cholesterol levels.
