In simple words, LDL is a bad cholesterol & HDL is good cholesterol. Your LDL level is 160 & is high. Your HDL is 34 & this is lower than normal. Triglycerides in you are also high. These both means that there is an increased risk of heart disease in you. You are advised to taking cholesterol controlling medicines such as statins. Dietary management of cholesterol is also advised. Consumption of cholesterol & saturated fats should be lowered. Intake of fibers in diet should also be increased.
Your other tests such as Hs CRP, SGPT , HbA1c, etc are normal & are insignificant.
