General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

These elevated liver enzymes are a sign of impaired liver function. Since you don't drink alcohol there are other causes which cause impaired liver function such drugs (acetaminophen), hepatitis A, B, C, non-alcoholic fatty liver, obesity, autoimmune diseases or infectious disease such mononucleosis. You may need also to do a total blood count and bilirubin direct and indirect.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
